How credits work, what each plan and top-up costs, which credits get used first, and worked examples for common situations. Updated whenever prices change.

At a glance
One credit is one minute of live interview time. Plans refill your credits every billing cycle. Top-ups are one-time packs that never expire.

What uses credits
Interview time is metered. A few tools have a flat cost. Most preparation tools are free.

Plans and prices
Every paid plan comes month to month or as a 3-month plan. The 3-month plan costs less per month and gives you all three months of credits on day one.

Paying in rupees
Razorpay checkout charges in INR: Starter is ₹2,749 a month or ₹5,397 every 3 months, Professional ₹4,655 or ₹11,097, Ultimate ₹9,405 or ₹22,497. PayPal charges in USD.
How billing cycles work
Your plan's credits are set, not added, on each billing date.
Step 1: Monthly plans
On each renewal your plan credits are reset to the monthly allowance, for example 150 on Starter. Unused plan credits from the previous month do not carry over.Step 2: 3-month plans
You pay once every 3 months and get all three months of credits at once: 390 on Starter, 1,215 on Professional, 2,520 on Ultimate. Use them at any pace. At renewal the balance resets to a fresh 390 (or your plan's amount).Step 3: Bonus credits sit on top
Top-ups, referral rewards and promotional credits are bonus credits. Renewals and cancellations never remove them.
Top-up packs
Top-ups are for the weeks when your plan runs short. They are one-time purchases and never expire.

Top-ups need an active paid plan
The packs only appear while you are on Starter, Professional or Ultimate. On the Free plan, or once a cancelled plan has ended, upgrade first.
Top up or upgrade?
Top-ups cost more per credit than any plan, because they never expire. If you run out most months, the next plan up is cheaper: Professional gives 360 credits for $49 a month, which is 13.6¢ a credit against 19.8¢ for the XL Pack.
Which credits get used first
It depends on where the session runs.

A mock interview that runs long

Mocks never bill past your chosen length plus 3 minutes, so pick the length you really want.
Step 1: Upgrade or switch plans
Open Account → Subscription, pick the 3-month or monthly toggle, and choose a plan. Your credits are set to the new plan's allowance once the payment goes through, and the old plan stops renewing.Step 2: Cancel
Go to Settings → Billing and use Cancel Subscription. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to the Free plan with 15 credits. Unused plan credits end with the period. Bonus credits stay.Step 3: Refunds
A purchase can be refunded within 7 days if none of its credits were used. Bonus, free and promotional credits are not refundable. Email us from your account address with the payment date, amount and transaction ID.Step 4: Earn credits instead
Account → Referral Program gives you a link that earns bonus credits when friends sign up. Settings → Billing → Earn credits rewards sharing your experience.
Payment problems
Paid but the plan or credits did not appear? First check you are signed in to the same account you paid from (Google sign-in and email sign-in can be two separate accounts), then wait a few minutes. If it still looks wrong, email contact@lastroundai.com with the payment date and amount.
