Change, pause or cancel your plan

   Step 1: Open Change your plan

   Sign in at app.lastroundai.com and go to Settings → Billing. Scroll to Change your plan.

   Open Settings → Billing

   Step 2: Pick the higher plan

   Click Upgrade to Unlimited Plus or Upgrade to Unlimited Max. The app shows the exact amount before you pay: the new plan's price minus the unused part of your current period.

   Step 3: Pay and start

   Click Continue to payment. When the payment goes through, the new daily limit applies straight away and a new billing cycle starts that day.

   Step 1: Choose the smaller plan

   In Settings → Billing → Change your plan, click Move to Unlimited at renewal (or another smaller plan).

   Step 2: Keep your current plan until renewal

   Nothing changes today and nothing is refunded. On your renewal date the smaller plan starts at its own price and daily limit.

   Step 3: Changed your mind?

   Before the renewal date, click Keep my current plan to undo the change.

   Step 1: Pick how long

   In Settings → Billing → Change your plan, use Pause after this period for and choose 1 month, 2 months, 3 months.

   Step 2: Use what you paid for

   The pause starts when your current paid period ends, so you keep full access until then.

   Step 3: While paused

   Nothing is charged and there is no daily time. Bonus credits stay in your account.

   Step 4: Coming back

   The plan resumes on its own at the end of the pause, and the first charge happens then. To come back early, click Resume now.

   Step 1: Cancel in Settings

   Go to Settings → Billing and use Cancel Subscription. There is no cancellation fee.

   Step 2: What happens next

   You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to the Free plan with 15 credits a month. Bonus credits stay. If you subscribed before the current daily limits and later come back, you join on the limits of the day.

   Step 3: Refunds

   A payment can be refunded only if you ask within 7 days and nothing has been used since it: no credits and no live copilot or mock interview minutes. This applies to every plan, including Unlimited at any daily limit, upgrades and 3-month plans. Usage is tracked per minute and shown in your account. Downgrades and pauses never refund the current period.

Paid but the new plan did not show up? Make sure you are signed in to the account you paid from, then wait a few minutes. If it still looks wrong, email contact@lastroundai.com with the payment date and amount.
