Cluely pricing has a structure that catches people. The headline Pro plan is $19.99/mo. The annual option brings it down to $11.99/mo. A free tier lets you try the product before spending anything. So far, so expected.

Here's what's easy to miss: the feature most candidates actually need for live interviews, hiding from the interviewer's screen-sharing software, is not in the $19.99 Pro plan at all. It lives on a separate tier called Pro + Undetectability, priced at $149.99/mo on monthly billing or $44.99/mo annually. That's 7.5 times the base Pro price on monthly billing, or 3.75 times on annual. For interview prep specifically, Cluely pricing is not a $19.99 question. It's a $149.99 question.

Pricing below was first verified against Cluely's pricing page on June 26, 2026, then again on September 13, September 23 and October 19. On October 19 the monthly prices hadn't moved ($0, $19.99, $149.99) and the page still advertised Pro "from $11.99/mo billed annually". The annual rates sit behind the page's Annually toggle: $11.99/mo for Pro ($143.88 a year) and $44.99/mo for Pro + Undetectability ($539.88 a year), the same figures as in September.

The three Cluely plans

One thing worth understanding before going further: Cluely started as a general AI meeting assistant, not an interview tool. The core product helps with meeting notes, real-time AI queries during calls, and follow-ups. Undetectability was added so the overlay doesn't appear on screen shares, which is what makes it usable in an interview context. If you're coming to Cluely purely for interview prep, you're paying for a general meeting product with one interview-relevant feature that costs extra and sits on the most expensive tier.

The $130/mo gap between Pro and Pro + Undetectability

On monthly billing, undetectability adds $130/mo on top of Pro. That's not a rounding error or a minor premium. Going from $19.99 to $149.99 for a single additional capability is a jump most candidates don't expect when they first look at the Cluely pricing page.

On annual billing the math looks better. $11.99/mo versus $44.99/mo is a 3.75x increase, and $539.88 for a full year of interview-capable Cluely is at least a predictable annual spend rather than a monthly surprise. But $539.88 upfront for interview prep is a real number. For context, that's eleven months of LastRound AI's Unlimited plan at the $49 month-to-month price, with stealth included from day one.

One thing Cluely hasn't published: exactly how the undetectability technology works or which specific platforms it covers. The marketing says "completely hidden to meeting screen-sharing software." Whether that holds for every interviewer setup, proctoring software variant, or GPU configuration, I can't independently verify. Worth knowing before you pay for the top tier.

What Cluely pricing works out to per interview

Monthly prices hide the question most candidates are really asking, which is what one interview costs. Cluely's Pro + Undetectability has no minute cap that we could find on the pricing page, so the per-interview price falls the more you use it:
