So What Does LockedIn AI Actually Cost?

On July 12, 2026, we opened the pricing page ourselves and found three plan types shown as tabs: Unlimited, Credits, and Lifetime, each with a General/Professional sub-toggle that displayed the same price either way. Only the Unlimited tab rendered a full price for us. Billed monthly, it showed Rs 4,880.00/mo, struck through from Rs 9,760.00 and badged "Save 50%." Billed every 3 months, the "Most Popular" option, it dropped to Rs 3,549.33/mo, badged "Save 64%." We were shown INR the whole time, so treat these as our own live observation, not a US price. Converting at roughly 83 INR to the dollar, that's an estimated $59/mo monthly or $43/mo on the quarterly plan, our math, not a figure LockedIn AI states anywhere in USD.

Those numbers run higher than the third-party estimate we cited before: a jobright.ai pricing breakdown puts Unlimited closer to $29.99/mo billed quarterly, and credit plans between $35 and $70/mo depending on tier. We're leaving both figures in this page rather than picking one, since jobright's number is dated differently and credits pricing wasn't visible to us at all on July 12. Every number below carries a source or an explicit conversion label, because a US visitor may see something else entirely.

A separate review at interviewsidekick.com put paid plans in a roughly $30 to $60/mo range. Between that, jobright's $29.99, and our own converted $43 to $59 for Unlimited alone, the honest summary is that nobody outside LockedIn AI, us included, can hand you one stable checkout number.

How the Credit System Works

LockedIn AI prices most plans in credits, and a credit equals roughly one minute of copilot time, not a flat access fee. The Pro tier reportedly includes around 200 credits a month, about 200 minutes before you'd top up or wait for the next cycle.

The free tier is a genuine bright spot. LockedIn AI states on its own site that new users get 10 credits at signup, plus 10 free minutes every day after. That daily allowance beats the one-time trials most competitors run. It's arguably more generous than our 15 monthly free credits too, at least for someone practicing every day.

The same page also states, in plain text, that "credits never expire" on credit plans. We saw that language ourselves when we opened it. If it holds up, credits carrying forward indefinitely is a real advantage. Ours don't work that way: plan credits reset every month, and only extra credits bought separately carry over.

The User Count Doesn't Add Up Either

LockedIn AI's homepage claims 1M+ users. A founder interview separately cited roughly 100,000 candidates helped, a tenfold gap between two numbers from the same company. A third review put the figure at 58,000-plus, agreeing with neither. We don't have a public link for the founder interview, so treat that one as directionally interesting, not confirmed. It tracks with what we saw on pricing: the public numbers move depending on where you look.
