    About the role

    As our Digital Marketing & SEO Executive, you will own how new users discover LastRound AI. This is a hands-on role that combines SEO, content, and paid acquisition into one growth engine, with real ownership of the targets you are hired to move.

    You will run the full search workflow from keyword research and on-page optimization to technical SEO, link building, and content briefs, while also managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns and reading the data to decide what to scale. The founders are close to marketing, so you will get fast feedback and the freedom to test your own ideas.

    We are looking for someone who has done this before, can work independently, and cares about results over busywork. If you like owning a number and watching organic traffic and signups climb because of decisions you made, this role is for you.

    What you'll do

    • Own the SEO roadmap: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and internal linking.
    • Plan and brief content that targets researched keywords, and work with writers to ship it.
    • Build and pursue backlink and off-page opportunities to grow domain authority.
    • Set up, run, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns against clear acquisition goals.
    • Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and ad performance, and report what is working in plain numbers.
    • Monitor Google Search Console and analytics to catch indexing, ranking, and traffic issues early.
    • Run experiments across organic and paid channels and double down on what converts.

    What we're looking for

    • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing, ideally for a website or SaaS product.
    • A solid grasp of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO, plus keyword research.
    • Practical experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns end to end.
    • Comfort with Google Search Console and Google Analytics for tracking and decisions.
    • Strong, clear written English and the ability to brief or write SEO content.
    • Self-driven and dependable, able to own outcomes in a fast-moving remote team.

    Nice to have

    • Hands-on use of tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog.
    • Experience growing organic traffic for an early-stage product.
    • Basic comfort with HTML, structured data, or Core Web Vitals.
    • A track record of content or a site you have ranked yourself.
