    About the role

    As a Customer Success Executive, you are the human voice of LastRound AI. You help candidates who are often anxious and time-pressed get set up quickly, solve their problems with patience, and walk away as advocates for the product.

    You will handle support conversations across channels, guide new users through setup, and surface the patterns you hear back to the product and engineering teams so the experience keeps improving.

    We are looking for someone empathetic, clear, and organized, who genuinely enjoys helping people and turning a frustrating moment into a great one.

    What you'll do

    • Respond to user questions across chat, email, and other support channels.
    • Guide new users through onboarding and setup so they reach value fast.
    • Troubleshoot common issues and escalate the right ones to engineering.
    • Track recurring themes and share clear, actionable feedback with the team.
    • Help maintain help-center articles and canned responses.
    • Follow up to drive activation and retention among new users.

    What we're looking for

    • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
    • An empathetic, patient approach to helping users.
    • Comfort with SaaS tools and ticketing or support systems.
    • Strong organization and reliable follow-through.

    Nice to have

    • Prior customer support or customer success experience.
    • Familiarity with the tech hiring or interview-prep space.
