As a Customer Success Executive, you are the human voice of LastRound AI. You help candidates who are often anxious and time-pressed get set up quickly, solve their problems with patience, and walk away as advocates for the product.
You will handle support conversations across channels, guide new users through setup, and surface the patterns you hear back to the product and engineering teams so the experience keeps improving.
