None of these plans include live, in-the-moment help during an actual interview call. Big Interview is a practice-and-feedback product: 170-ish video lessons, a recorded interview simulator, AI analysis of your delivery and body language, and an automated resume review tool it calls Big Resume. You do the work beforehand, on your own time, and the AI critiques the recording after the fact.<\/p>\n

What you’re actually paying for<\/h2>\n

This matters more than the price tags do. Big Interview is a training platform, not a copilot. You practice a question, record your answer on video, and get feedback on pacing, filler words, and clarity. That’s genuinely useful if you freeze up on camera or ramble past the two-minute mark, one of the most common and fixable problems candidates have. Nobody notices they say “um” 40 times until they watch themselves say it.<\/p>\n

What it doesn’t do is sit with you during the real interview. Big Interview isn’t built to listen live and surface an answer while a hiring manager is talking, and it never claims to be. Big Interview advertises a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund if you don’t see results. That’s a stronger guarantee than most tools in this space offer. Final Round AI’s cheapest paid tiers only refund a first purchase within 72 hours, and only if usage was “reasonable.” Big Interview gives you a full month.<\/p>\n

The catch: refund requests go through a support email, not a self-serve cancel button. Cancellations for the recurring pieces (there technically isn’t a monthly auto-bill here since BootCamp and Accelerator are fixed-term access, not subscriptions) route through the account settings page. If you buy Interview Pro at $299 and it turns out you only needed a few weeks of prep, the lifetime access doesn’t refund the difference. You’d be filing for a full refund within 30 days or keeping what you paid for.<\/p>\n
